<p>Pepsi a décidé de ne plus du tout investir dans ses pubs pour le Super Bowl afin d&#8217;investir massivement (20M$) dans un nouveau projet, &#8220;Refresh Everything&#8221;  visant à financer des idées de personnes cherchant à améliorer la vie de leur communauté, dans des domaines comme la santé, la culture, l&#8217;éducation, l&#8217;écologie&#8230;</p>
<p>Par l&#8217;intermédiaire d&#8217;un principe participatif, les visiteurs du site <a href="http://www.refresheverything.com/">http://www.refresheverything.com/</a> peuvent voter pour le projet qu&#8217;ils désirent soutenir. Le projet ayant obtenu le plus de votes sera alors financé entièrement par Pepsi</p>
<p><strong>Une autre illustration du visage de la communication de demain</strong>: Des actions vs de belles paroles, une logique de don, offrir quelque chose aux consommateurs avant d&#8217;espérer qu&#8217;ils vous soient fidèles, une dimension sociale, participative, utilitaire, engagante&#8230;</p>
<p>Une belle opération de la part de Pepsi. Plus que de belles paroles, la marque fait dans le concret et cherche à s&#8217;ancrer durablement dans le coeur des gens à travers cette expérience. En parfaite adéquation avec ce que la marque cherche à incarner (<em>Refresh Everything</em>). Une initiative qui vient renforcer son capital de marque ainsi que la connexion émotionnelle qu&#8217;elle peut avoir avec les gens</p>

<p>L&#8217;importance d&#8217;écouter les consos et prêter attention à ce qui se dit de vous sur le web</p>
<p>L&#8217;importance de demander l&#8217;avis des consos mais de manière honnête, brutale et frontal !</p>
<p>L&#8217;importance de réagir aux attaques négatives et savoir  (ne pas avoir peur) répondre</p>
<p>Des bienfaits de la transparence et l&#8217;importance de reconnaître ses erreurs: les consos ne vous en voudront jamais de commettre des erreurs si vous essayez de les réparer et de vous améliorer !</p>
<p>L&#8217;importance d&#8217;avoir le courage de faire face et de changer radicalement</p>
<p>Bref, une preuve que c&#8217;est en ayant le courage de regarder et d&#8217;admettre ce qui ne va pas que l&#8217;on peut s&#8217;améliorer et avancer&#8230;.</p>
